Terms of Service

1. What Guardori is

Guardori is a trust-intelligence service operated by Nieto Engineering Inc. ("NEI", "we", "us"). Guardori analyzes links, messages, product listings, media, and other content you submit and returns an evidence-based Trust Score with supporting signals and verification guidance.

2. Guidance only — not a definitive determination

Guardori provides evidence-based caution signals and verification guidance. It does not make definitive determinations that any person, website, product, or offer is safe, unsafe, legitimate, or fraudulent. Scores and findings are automated estimates that may be incomplete or wrong. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Always verify important matters through independent, trusted sources before acting.

3. Acceptable use

• Use Guardori only for lawful purposes and only on content you have the right to submit.
• Do not use Guardori to harass, defame, or unlawfully surveil any person.
• Do not attempt to overload, probe, or circumvent the service, its rate limits, or its security.
• Automated/bulk access requires prior written permission.

4. Accounts, plans, and usage limits

Some features require an account. Paid plans have bounded monthly usage limits described at checkout; no plan is unlimited. We may enforce per-product and per-account limits and may suspend accounts that exceed limits or abuse the service.

5. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Relationship-safety and sensitive features

Certain features (including the Relationship Analyser) address sensitive topics. They require your explicit consent, are informational only, and are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or emergency advice. If you or someone else may be in danger, contact local emergency services.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on Guardori output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
