Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Guardori is operated by Nieto Engineering Inc. ("NEI"). This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.

2. What you submit

To run a scan you submit content such as a URL, pasted text, an email/message, a screenshot, or a media link. We process this content to produce your Trust Score and findings.

3. Privacy-by-default

• Scans are private by default. A result is never public unless you explicitly opt in to share it, and shared results use a non-guessable link with redaction and one-click revocation.
• Sensitive assessments minimize retention. For the Relationship Analyser and similar sensitive features, raw submitted text is not stored — only a minimized, derived assessment is retained, and it is automatically purged on a short retention schedule.
• Uploaded images are processed for text extraction and are subject to size limits and a retention policy.

4. Accounts

If you create an account we store your email and plan/usage records to operate the service. Anonymous sessions are supported for scanning without an account.

5. Third-party processors

We use service providers strictly to operate Guardori, including: a cloud host (AWS), a payment processor (Stripe), an email sender for sign-in links (Amazon SES), a web-search provider and a language-model provider used to generate reputation summaries for paid tiers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms; we do not sell your personal information.

6. Reputation lookups

For paid tiers, Guardori may query public web sources about a submitted site/host to compile a reputation summary. These queries use the host/domain and derived signals, not your private submitted content.

7. Your choices

• Delete your account and associated scan data at any time from your dashboard.
• Revoke any shared result link at any time.
• Request access or deletion by contacting us.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS only), access controls, and least-privilege credential storage. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Guardori is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
